Food ramblings

Well, my pants have been fitting looser lately. Today I finally went down a belt loop. I had been going around looking like a non-crack-addicted version of K Fed. I cannot really tell that I have lost any weight. I have noticed that when I eat anything with grease, it makes me feel sick. I guess my body is used to everything that passes my tonsils being cooked on the Foreman grill. What a godsend that utensil is.
Something I need to start now is to cut back on my portions. Now when I eat, I almost feel sick I am so full. That and try to cut back on my sweets. I feel better, not as run down as I had a year ago. I am now about 10-11 months off of fast food, and damn near any not-cooked-by-me food. I eat out very rarely now. Which is good for both me, and my wallet.
